Didactional Methods

Studio T  offers its  courses in phases: orientation, in depth training, career analysis, specialization and presenting results. In every phase you acquire new competences, new knowledge, skills and insights which you learn to apply in the each phase.

Working areas:
In every phase practice and theory are mixed. When relevant, you will receive  instruction and training in workshops. Through inventories, analyses, communication and conclusions,  theory relates to practice. Work2Study suits your interests, your personal development process, your capabilities and your ambitions.

Guidance and Coaching:
All students have a personal coach. Suitable work placements will be arranged after a coaching session with your coach. Expert coaching and guidance will also be provided by branch specialists.

Concentric development:
You will be continuously guided and monitored in your personal and educational development. Your personal career plan will support your tailor made course development. This will enable you to maximize competence development that relate to your interests.

Performance assessment exam:
When you have mastered all competences at target level, you can choose your graduating project to prove that you master all competences. During this Performance assessment exam you show that you have the knowledge, the insight, the attitude and the skills to perform as a professional.
